Ludovic Guinard :
Ludovic Guinard obtained a Master degree in Chemistry in 1998, followed by a DEA in physical chemistry and bio-quality products to the National Agronomic Institute of Paris Grignon. He graduated in 2000, a Master of Engineering and Environmental Management of the Ecole des Mines de Paris.
He then became an engineer and project manager in environment at CTBA Bordeaux, where he is responsible for three research programs in building sector. From 2004 to 2005, he worked as a private equity manager in sustainability at the Environment & Wood Technical Center in Bordeaux.
Since 2008, he headed the Energy Sector Economic Forecasting (2EP) FCBA in Paris that performs: research missions, studies, advice and prospective ensures (economic and socio-economic).
Based on a broad base of skills (internal and external), the shares of the pole scales to meet the needs of customers, whether public or private. The skills of the center are focused on multidimensional issues (such as climate change, carbon markets, social acceptability) and on more specific topics such as forest resources in France, wood products consumption, wood transportation...
Harmen Willemse :
Harmen Willemse is working at the Netherlands Standardization Institute, at the Energy Resources division. He is responsible for the roll-out of the NTA 8080 certification system for sustainable biomass for energy purposes. This certificate can be used worldwide to demonstrate the sustainability of solid, liquid and gaseous biomass. He is also the secretary of both the Dutch and the European standards committee for bio-based products. In this position he supports the development of European standards for various aspects of bio-based products, including sustainability and determination of bio-based content.
Before NEN, Harmen worked as a management consultant and as a sales professional in several companies in the IT and management consultancy sector. Harmen studied Business Administration at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam, where he graduated on stakeholder involvement in standardization.
